I recommend this book for "EVERYONE". It truly is an eye opener. Understanding how habits work and how they can be created and that they play a huge role in our daily life truly is something. Anyone can benefit from reading this book, but if you are on a Weight Loss Journey I recommend this book for YOU.

Why? Well for starter companies, organizations, and communities take advantage of habits to sell their products. Those ads that we see every day every second makes us believe that a certain product is need it to accomplish something. I feel that weight loss, dieting, and being fit is advertised everywhere. Sometimes making it impossible for us to start a healthy routine or to stick to anything even being able to love ourself as we are. Being able to understand this can help you identify those companies that are only trying to sell their products. Without really caring if their product is really working for you. Or even if it really works at all.

Making routines and staying active/healthy takes time, patience, and consistency. It doesn't just happen overnight that's why building habits to accomplish your weight loss journey is important. It will help you more than any product aiding to give faster results or claiming that you must drink something to stay healthy.
