Reach your workout routine from a more LOVING place. Exercise is not only good to maintain you fit and lose weight - It has many more benefits.

If you workout because you don't like the way you currently "LOOK", which is why most people often start working out. Because we want to lose weight and look fit. But, let's be honest...

When we haven't been active in a while is hard to maintain a routine, and it's even harder if we workout because we don't like the image of our bodies.

Instead work out, because working out makes you FEEL GOOD because it makes you feel relax and relieves stress. Use exercise as a TOOL to make you feel better- that way exercise can become more easily a habit. Than by setting your mind to workout because you need to lose weight.

You are more likely to work out more if you reach your workouts from a more positive perspective.

"For many people exercise is a keystone habit that triggers widespread change. There's something about it that makes other habits easier."

That's why staying active is important. Exercise can be an easier habit to maintain for life but, ONLY when you see exercise as something positive as a "REWARD" rather than as something negative that you need to do to be fit.

Are you having trouble setting a workout routine? Have you ever thought why? What are your thoughts when you are going to work out? Are they positive or negative?
