"Positive Body Image" Is For Everyone!!!! YES it is....

Positive body image is for everyone, YES for everyone. Why? Well for starters we all have body image issues, no matter how "Fit" someone might be.

Positive body image for me is more than loving your self and taking care of your body physically. Is becoming aware of all your flaws imperfections and making peace with them. Because lets admit it, we can't love our bodies for what they can become but we can love our bodies for what they are now. They might not be perfect but it's all we have and we should own every inch of it.

Over the years I have struggled with my body image. Not necessary because I was overweight or trying to lose weight. In my teenage years it was in fact because I was too "Skinny" or so people would say. So I had issues with that, I was always self conscious about looking too skinny wearing something. When I reach adulthood about 20 years old my metabolism changed. I gain like about 30 pounds very quickly. When that happen well of course people noticed and I was "Fat". So I had body issues with that, I was trying to lose weigh because well now, I looked to fat. Then I got pregnant and my whole perception of body image and self love changed. The way a viewed my body changed and I regretted all of those moments of feeling self conscious about my body back then. Because you know what? It was perfect the way it was. Now that my body is not so perfect, full of stretch marks from pregnancy... Cellulite, is when I have become more positive about my body image. Not because it looks better but because my mentally towards my body has changed. I have realized that no one is going to make me feel sexy, beautiful, seductive, if I didn't view my self that way as well.

It's not an easy journey as I don't always feel positive body image fit but I work at it everyday. With simple every day habits of self love we can accomplish positive body image. I invite you to try it because we all have that one thing that we are constantly trying to improve about our bodies.
